Kwellada-P Lotion works by paralyzing mites that cause scabies, killing them and their eggs.

Do not use Kwellada-P lotion on children under 2 years of age.

1. Make sure your skin is clean, dry, and cold before using Kwellada-P lotion. Before therapy, avoid taking a hot bath. To clean the skin, use a gentle, non-irritating liquid cleanser.
2. Massage a generous amount of lotion into the skin from the neck to the soles of the feet, paying special attention to the areas between the fingers and toes, under the fingernails and toenails, wrists, armpits, genital area, and buttocks.
3. Put on a fresh set of clothes.
4. Leave it on for 12 to 14 hours before removing it.
5. Use a gentle, non-irritating liquid cleanser to wash your entire body (shower or bath).
6. Put on fresh clothing.
7. If live scabies mites are present or new skin lesions occur 7-10 days following the first treatment, a second application may be required
